The project involves the construction of an office building located in the District of Sassa Scalo, L'Aquila - 67100 - along the S.S 17. This headquarter project consists of two levels: the ground floor with the entrance hall, main office rooms, and public toilets; using the staircase we arrive at the first floor with other offices, archives, and private toilets.
From the urban point of view, the project falls within the area dedicated to the Implementation of the Territorial Planning Plan - Consortium for the Industrial Development of L'Aquila - referred to art. 25 "Multipurposal Zoning - Zone L". The building (dimensions 19.50 x 18.50 meters) has got pre-stressed reinforced concrete structure with concrete poles base 26 meters long.

The client wants to achieve the certification LEED v4 BD+C: New Construction and Major Renovation going through preliminary and final review of the project, even implementing the functional process of this building.
